Web Design. Development. Optimization. RSS 2.0
 Thursday, May 27, 2004

This is a test post using Sauce Reader, an integrated RSS reader and blog posting tool. If this works, this could mean the end to the RSS reader I have been using for almost a year - SharpReader.

I'll give it a few days trial to see if it sticks.

Update: It worked! It posts to dasBlog seemlessly, and supports categories. What's missing is the ability to synchronize feeds between several PC's. For instance, if I have Sauce Reader installed both at work and at home, I want my home PC to (somehow) be able to tell when an item has been read at work, and vice-versa. They may need a central web server for that...

I'm really glad to hear that Sauce Reader is working out for you. At Synop we use it with DasBlog for our own weblogs. If you have any feedback, problems or ideas for the product please drop by our newsgroup:

We're working hard to make it the best app possible!

cheers, Nathan
